Yamaha Flying Samurai SGV-300
Holy cow! We've been looking forward to this one. The Flying Samurai is one of the coolest guitar designs around. It was released by Yamaha in the 60s, but this one is a 2000 reissue made in Taiwan (built a lot better than the ones from the 60s). Everything about it is cool: the design, the sparkly finish, the weird pickup configuration (that bridge pickup is not a humbucker, but two separate single coils with a blend pot for infinite variety). It is not just weird and cool, though: the workman's workmanship is top notch, it sounds great and it's fast and comfortable to play. A stunning, unique stage machine.
Condition: excellent, with light buckle wear. Fully original
